Hanoi: In good news, Vietnam Airline, Vietjet, has announced that it will add new routes to connect five Indian cities with one of its coastal cities. According to this plan, New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru in India will be connected to Da Nang in Vietnam. Services for other new cities will begin in the third quarter of 2022 with four to seven flights returning per week, the airline said in a statement. The airline had previously announced plans to launch two new routes to connect Phu Quoc with New Delhi and Mumbai in September 2022. According to the airline Vietjet, the announcement of the connection of five new routes was made during the Da Nang Investment Forum 2022. It is also an attempt to promote the city, Da Nang, globally and to attract more tourists. The destination is one of the most attractive tourist destinations for international travelers.
According to media reports, Nguyen Thanh Son, Vice President of Vietjet, said, “Vietjet believes that the new routes announced today will continue to help open up more opportunities, promote economic, business and trade investment between Da Nang and other Vietnamese cities and regional destinations. “The airline has transported nearly 22 million passengers to and from Da Nang to date. It also operates on eight domestic and five international routes from the coastal city.
More than 50 ethnic minority groups live here, which makes this country rich in cultural diversity. A single Indian rupee is equivalent to 297.60 Vietnamese Dong, making trips here much cheaper than other international tourist attractions.
